INSPECTIONS
We do a detailed inspection of the roof (Shingles, flashing, vents, chimney, pipe boots, exhaust cap) we evaluate the condition of the roof we also inspect gutters, shutters, windows, facia, soffit and other structures of your house with the results of the inspection we determine if your roof has any weather related damages as wind or hail damages.
PROCCESS
If the amount of weather related damages are enough for the insurance company to approve the new roof replacement, or if your roof has less damages but the condition or age that make your roof not repairable. We then proceed to get your approval to contact the insurance company, as claim specialist we would handle the process with them to get you a new roof replacement.
